By registering, accessing, or using any part of the Marketplace—including buying, selling, fulfillment, or messaging services—you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Marketplace.

4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of orders, customer communication, and compliance with all applicable laws. Listing counterfeit, stolen, or restricted products is strictly prohibited.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate shipping information, complete payments promptly, and communicate respectfully with sellers. Disputes should first be resolved with the seller before escalation.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All actions taken under your account are your responsibility.
7. Payments and Transactions
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Sellers will receive payouts after successful order completion, less applicable service or commission fees.
8. Delivery and Fulfillment
Sellers must adhere to the stated shipping timelines and methods. The use of our Fulfillment service transfers packaging and delivery responsibilities to our logistics team.
9. Marketplace Fulfillment
If you opt into Marketplace Fulfillment, you authorize us to store, handle, and ship your goods. Products must comply with our weight, size, and safety requirements.
10. Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not sell or list: counterfeit goods, weapons, illicit substances, or any items prohibited by law. Abuse, harassment, or attempts to manipulate the platform will result in a ban.
11. Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution is not possible, contact Marketplace Support. We reserve the right to make final decisions in disputes.
12. Third-Party Services
The Marketplace may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, performance, or policies.
13. Intellectual Property
All Marketplace platform content, branding, and design belong to EIH or its partners. You may not use or reproduce our materials without permission.
14. Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms or suspend access to the Marketplace for any reason, including violations, security risks, or business decisions.
