The FeePayment module is a service of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Hub (EIH) designed to facilitate secure and efficient payment for our programs, services, and platform access. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By initiating or completing a payment through the EIH FeePayment system, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any transactions.
2. Eligible Users
FeePayment is open to registered individuals, startups, institutions, and organizations using EIH services. Users must ensure all account and billing information provided is accurate.
3. Permitted Use
FeePayment must only be used to make payments for services explicitly listed on the EIH platform, including course enrollments, event registrations, application fees, or access subscriptions.
4. Payment Methods
We support various secure payment methods including debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money (where available). Payment options may vary by country or service.
5. Transaction Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email and receipt will be issued. Users can also view transaction history within their dashboard.
6. Refunds
Refunds are subject to the specific policies tied to the service paid for. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] or individual service terms. Administrative and processing fees may be non-refundable.
7. Failed or Disputed Transactions
If your payment fails or is disputed, your access to related services may be paused until the issue is resolved. Please report any discrepancies to support@eih-platform.com within 10 days.
8. Security
All transactions are encrypted and processed via trusted third-party gateways. EIH does not store sensitive payment information on its servers.
9. Modification of Terms
EIH reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the FeePayment service after changes indicates your acceptance.
