💰 Refund Policy
We aim to ensure a high-quality experience for all our users. Please review our refund guidelines below:
1. Courses and Seminars
Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued for paid courses or seminars if requested within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.
Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not available for digital products or courses that have been fully accessed or completed.
Cancellations by EIH: If a session or program is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your credit.
2. Application Services & Platform Access
Administrative Fees: Fees paid for application form hosting or system access are non-refundable once the service is activated.
Disputed Charges: Any billing disputes should be reported to our support team within 10 days of the transaction.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email support@eih-platform.com with your order number, reason for the request, and proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
