E-Transcript FAQ
1. What is the E-Transcript Module?
The E-Transcript Module is a digital record of all your completed activities within the EIH, including courses, seminars, certifications, and assessments.
2. Who can access the E-Transcript Module?
All registered EIH participants who have completed at least one course or seminar will have access to their personalized e-transcript.
3. Is the e-transcript officially recognized?
Yes. EIH e-transcripts are digitally verified and can be shared with employers, academic institutions, or other organizations as proof of participation and achievement.
4. How can I download my e-transcript?
Log in to your dashboard, navigate to the E-Transcript section, and click “Download PDF” or “Request Official Copy.”
5. Can I share my e-transcript with others?
Yes. You can generate a secure shareable link or email an official copy directly from the module interface.
6. What information does the e-transcript include?
It includes your full name, participant ID, a list of completed modules and seminars, grades (if applicable), certificates earned, and dates of participation.
7. Is there a cost to access or request my transcript?
Viewing and downloading your transcript is free. There may be a small processing fee for printed or formally attested copies.
8. How often is the transcript updated?
Transcripts are updated in real time as you complete new modules, seminars, and assessments.
9. What if there’s an error in my transcript?
If you notice an error, contact EIH support through the "Help" section on your dashboard. Issues are typically resolved within 3–5 business days.
10. Can institutions or employers verify my transcript?
Yes. Each transcript includes a unique verification code and a link that allows external parties to confirm its authenticity.
